Fit Family

Head personal trainer Smith Is dedicated to seeing you meet your goals. He has a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Montevallo and has a certification in personal and group training from AFAA.

He is a married father of four boys who also teaches sports skills training. BYSWO Fitness has something for all ages!
